I hope you can join me on this journey to a more mobile and free spine. During this 2-hour- workshop, we will take a closer look at key components and techniques of backbends commonly taught in yoga classes. This will give you tools to approach and practice them in a safe and sustainable way that will keep your spine healthy.
You should expect a deep exploration of spinal extensions and a detailed examination on how to enter and exit backbends safely.
The class will proceed gradually and is open to all levels.
