ASHTANGA YOGA WEEKEND WORKSHOP

Join me in Alamosa, CO for a weekend of traditional Ashtanga Yoga, breathing, music, and connecting.

I am excited to re-connect with friends in the San Luis Valley and offer a weekend of traditional Ashtanga Yoga, and more in Alamosa.

FRIDAY AFTERNOON: Mysore style practice (2hrs)

SATURDAY MORNING: Foundations of Practice (2 hrs)
SATURDAY AFTERNOON: Mysore style practice (2hrs)

SUNDAY MORNING: Guided Class, Chanting, Q&A (2-3hrs, depending on how long we chat)

workshop: $180
drop-in: $45
A 50% deposit (non-refundable/non-transferable) is due upon sign up. Venmo/Zelle/PayPal/Check payments accepted.

All levels are welcome but it is recommended to have some experience of traditional Ashtanga Yoga (standing postures).
